Check your account and connection
Review the account and the methods offered on the sign-in screen. Check for expired codes or connection errors. Never share verification codes. Do not clear all browser data as a first troubleshooting step: unsynced local data may be lost.
Prepare a support request
Include the account identifier, sign-in method, time and error. Do not send passwords, codes, keys or session tokens. If you cannot sign in, use the support email at the bottom of the help center.
