Article 1 Nature and Scope of the Policy
This Policy applies to all content and conduct created, published, distributed, or interacted with on the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Character Cards and their settings published by creators;
- Chat content generated between users and characters;
- User inputs, prompts, descriptions, and other expressions;
- User profiles, user cards, and other display information;
- Any interactions between users and creators on the Platform.
The Platform has the right to review, restrict, and take action on the above content and conduct in accordance with this Policy.
Article 2 Legality and Compliance Principles
All content and conduct must comply with applicable laws and regulations, public order, and Platform rules. The Platform may not be used for illegal, non-compliant, or public-interest-harming activities.
Article 3 Strictly Prohibited Content Types
It is prohibited to publish, generate, induce the generation of, or distribute any of the following, whether expressed in text, settings, prompts, metaphor, or context:
- Content involving inappropriate situations with minors, innuendo, or disguised expressions;
- Violence, extremism, terrorism, fraud, hate, or discriminatory expression;
- Content that infringes others’ privacy, reputation, portrait rights, copyrights, or other lawful rights;
- Content that guides, encourages, or implies illegal conduct or regulatory evasion;
- Content that circumvents Platform rules via prompt design, setting deformation, or technical means.
Article 4 Handling of Adult and Sensitive Content
The Platform allows fictional expression within the scope permitted by law.
For content that may be deemed explicit, vulgar, overly suggestive, borderline, or potentially risky, the Platform may, at its discretion, restrict, hide, de-rank, or remove it.
The standards for such determinations are solely defined by the Platform based on operational experience, risk control, and compliance judgment.
Article 5 Prohibition of Real-Person Roleplay
It is prohibited to create, induce the generation of, or simulate roles or scenarios based on real persons.
Article 6 Prohibition of Traffic Diversion, Competitor Promotion, and External Redirects
It is prohibited to use Character Cards, chat content, or other means for traffic diversion, external link distribution, or competitor promotion.
Article 7 Prohibition of Insults, Attacks, and Improper Speech
It is prohibited to use Character Card settings, chat content, usernames, user profiles, or other expressions to insult, attack, insinuate, mock, or maliciously evaluate any individual, group, creator, or the Platform.
Article 8 Coordinated Behavior and Disruption of Community Order
It is prohibited, individually or in coordination, to organize, participate in, or incite attacks, brigading, flame wars, mobilization, or disruption of community order against other users, creators, or the Platform.
Article 9 Prohibition of Emotional Manipulation and Deception
It is prohibited to use roleplay or chat content to conduct emotional manipulation, induce tipping, commit fraud, or engage in other misleading behavior.
Article 10 Prohibition of Professional-Advice Roleplay
It is prohibited to provide medical, legal, investment, or other professional advice via roles or chats.
Article 11 Prohibition of Testing, Bypassing, or Adversarial Behavior
Any attempt to bypass Platform rules or safety mechanisms via prompt design, setting deformation, technical means, or abnormal methods is a violation.
Article 12 Prohibition of Mass Creation and Metric Gaming
It is prohibited to disrupt distribution, recommendation, or revenue mechanisms through mass character creation, abnormal interactions, or other methods.
Article 13 Prohibition of External Dissemination and Secondary Use of Chat Content
Without the Platform’s permission, users may not disseminate, publish, or use chat content, character settings, or related information externally through screenshots, copying, or other means.
Article 14 Content Determination and Review Mechanisms
- Whether content or conduct constitutes a violation is determined solely by the Platform based on its rules, risk control, and operational judgment;
- The Platform may use human review, automated systems, algorithmic models, or AI tools for identification and evaluation;
- These mechanisms may have errors or biases and do not constitute breach or liability of the Platform;
- The Platform may take restrictive or enforcement measures before violations occur based on potential risks or preventive considerations.
Article 15 Platform Review, Throttling, and Enforcement Rights
The Platform may take measures including removal, deletion, hiding, de-ranking, throttling, bans, or other necessary actions against Character Cards, chat content, user profiles, user cards, and other related content, without disclosing specific standards.
Article 16 Intellectual Property and Content Use Rules
- Creators retain rights to original Character Cards but agree to the Platform’s reasonable use for display, recommendation, and operations;
- Users have only access rights to chat content and do not have rights to copy or distribute it;
- The Platform’s interface, functional design, and distribution mechanisms are legally protected;
- Users and creators may not claim infringement against the Platform for its normal display or processing activities.
Article 17 Plagiarism and Infringement Complaint Mechanism
- It is prohibited to plagiarize, copy, or indirectly reuse others’ character settings or prompts;
- The Platform may act based on reports or its own judgment;
- Complainants must provide complete, archivable evidence;
- The Platform is not obligated to actively gather evidence;
- Malicious reporting will be handled;
The Platform may refuse to intervene when disputes are complex.
The following do not constitute evidence of plagiarism: (1) Common settings, typical plot structures, or public tropes; (2) Earlier similar settings publicly searchable online; (3) Similar ideas without similarity in specific expression.
Plagiarism determinations should be based on substantial similarity of specific expression, not similarity of ideas.
Article 18 Joint Obligations of Users and Creators
Users and creators must comply with this Policy and must not use the Platform for violations or prohibited dissemination.
Article 19 Updates
The Platform may update this Policy. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated content.
