Effective Date: November 1, 2025
Platform: miu (the “Platform”) Operator: MIUKA LLC Registered Address: 1 RAFFLES PLACE #21-01 ONE RAFFLES PLACE SINGAPORE (048616) Support Email: support@miuka.ai
Article 1 Nature and Effect of the Agreement
- These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (the “User”) and the Platform operator regarding the User’s access to, registration with, login to, and use of the services provided by the Platform.
- Before registering, logging in, accessing, or otherwise using the Platform services, the User should read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement. By registering, logging in, accessing, or otherwise using the Platform services, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
- This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and the Content & Community Guidelines, constitutes the complete set of legal documents governing the User’s use of the Platform services and has equal legal effect; where any inconsistency involves personal information or data processing, the Privacy Policy prevails.
Article 2 Definitions
Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings below:
- Character Card: Character-related settings and ancillary content created, uploaded, and published by creators on the Platform, including without limitation character settings, worldviews, behavior rules, prompts, images, and other related information.
- Chat: The continuous set of interactive content generated by the User based on a Character Card within the Platform, including the User’s inputs and the Platform’s generated outputs.
- Chat Instance: A unique interaction unit established by the Platform to distinguish different chats.
- Configuration Copy: The configuration content of a Character Card, including prompts, rules, and background settings, that is frozen into a Chat Instance at the time the instance is created, to maintain continuity of that Chat Instance.
Article 3 Accounts and Eligibility
- Users must have legal capacity to use the services and are responsible for all actions under their accounts.
- Users must properly safeguard account information and may not transfer, lend, rent, or allow others to use their accounts (unless otherwise permitted by law or by the Platform).
- The Platform may, for security, compliance, or risk control reasons, take measures against abnormal accounts, including restriction, suspension, or termination of use.
Article 4 Platform’s Autonomy in Operation, Distribution, and Display
- The Platform has full discretion over the in-platform display, ranking, recommendation, distribution, hiding, access restriction, or removal of Character Cards and chat-related content.
- The Platform may adjust the distribution scope, exposure level, access methods, and commercialization capabilities of Character Cards based on algorithmic rules, operational strategies, user experience, safety/compliance, or commercial considerations.
- Whether a Character Card is displayed, recommended, or receives traffic is not an inherent right of the creator or any guarantee by the Platform.
- The Platform may establish, adjust, or change commercialization strategies, revenue-sharing rules, settlement methods, and related operating mechanisms.
Article 5 Rights in Character Cards and Chat Content
- Creator Rights: Copyright and related rights in Character Cards and their settings belong to the creators (unless otherwise provided by law).
- User Rights Boundary: After interacting with or paying for a Character Card, the User only has a continuing right to access the delivered chat content; such access does not constitute any right to reuse, adapt, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any intellectual property in the character settings.
- User Inputs: The User retains rights in their own inputs as provided by law, without affecting the Platform’s necessary rights to process such inputs for providing services.
Article 6 Platform Management and Disposition Rights over Character Cards
- To ensure Platform safety, compliance, and normal operation, the Platform may, without prior notice to creators, take measures including but not limited to:
(1) Remove, hide, or restrict the display or access of Character Cards;
(2) Set Character Cards to private status or restrict their distribution;
(3) Delete Character Cards or related content;
(4) Limit distribution, recommendations, or commercialization capabilities. - The above measures may be based on, without limitation:
(1) Violations of applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or Platform rules;
(2) Security, compliance, or risk concerns;
(3) Platform operational strategy or business needs;
(4) Other circumstances that may affect Platform order or user experience. - These rights are part of the Platform’s content management authority and do not require creator consent.
Article 7 Character Card Privacy/Removal and Configuration Copies
- Creators may set their published Character Cards to private, take them offline, or delete them.
- Once a Character Card has been made public and used by a User to create a Chat Instance, the creator is deemed to have agreed that the Character Card’s settings in that state are frozen into the corresponding Chat Instance as a Configuration Copy.
- The Configuration Copy is used only to maintain continuity of existing Chat Instances and does not constitute any re-authorization or license to reuse the Character Card settings.
- A creator’s action to set a Character Card to private, take it offline, or delete it does not directly affect the continued existence of Configuration Copies frozen into existing Chat Instances.
- The Platform will make reasonable efforts to support access to existing Chat Instances, but the User understands and agrees that the Platform does not guarantee long-term, continuous, or complete accessibility.
- Where required by applicable laws, regulatory requirements, compliance needs, or Platform rules, the Platform may restrict, suspend, archive, or delete Chat Instances, Configuration Copies, or User access permissions.
Article 8 Public Status of Character Cards and Creator Revenue
- Creators understand and agree that only Character Cards in public status may participate in the Platform’s display, recommendation, distribution, and related commercialization mechanisms.
- Any revenue-sharing, income, or exposure a creator may receive from a Character Card is conditioned on the Character Card remaining public; the Platform makes no guarantees of revenue.
- When a creator sets a Character Card to private, takes it offline, or deletes it, the Character Card automatically exits the Platform’s distribution and commercialization system; during such period the creator no longer has any recommendation, display, revenue share, or income rights related to that Character Card.
- The Platform may adjust revenue rules, revenue-sharing ratios, settlement cycles, and calculation methods based on operational strategies or compliance requirements, and such adjustments shall be as published or actually implemented by the Platform.
Article 9 Platform Rights to Manage User Accounts and Functions
- To ensure Platform safety, compliance, and normal operation, the Platform may, without prior notice, take measures against user accounts and related functions including:
(1) Restrict or suspend some or all user functions/permissions;
(2) Restrict or suspend user access to Character Cards, Chat Instances, or related content;
(3) Freeze, ban, or terminate user accounts;
(4) Delete, archive, or restrict related chat content or data;
(5) Take other necessary measures to prevent violations, abuse, or risks. - The above measures may be based on, without limitation:
(1) The User’s violation of this Agreement, the Content & Community Guidelines, or other Platform rules;
(2) The User’s abnormal, abusive, or risk behavior;
(3) Requirements of laws, judicial authorities, or regulators;
(4) Platform security, operational, or compliance needs. - The User understands and agrees that these measures are necessary management rights of the Platform and do not constitute a breach.
Article 10 Prohibited User Conduct
Without explicit authorization from the Platform or rights holders, the User may not:
- Extract, reorganize, or use character settings, prompts, rules, or other content from chats to create new characters, templates, or reusable content;
- Use chat content or settings to create products or services that can be repeatedly used by others, or otherwise distribute, sell, or license them;
- Impersonate others or infringe their privacy or other lawful rights;
- Interfere with normal Platform operations through exploits, technical means, or abnormal methods, or circumvent Platform rules and technical restrictions;
- Engage in any acts that violate applicable laws or harm the lawful rights and interests of the Platform, creators, or other users.
Article 11 Availability and Retention of Chat Data
- The Platform will, as necessary for service operations, store chat content in encrypted form within a reasonable scope. The User understands and agrees that the Platform does not guarantee long-term, continuous, or complete retention of chat content.
- The Platform may, based on storage policies, system maintenance, operational needs, or safety/compliance considerations, clean up, archive, or delete Chat Instances that have not been used for a long time.
- Copying, exporting, or saving chat content is possible only if the Platform provides such functionality; the Platform may adjust the availability, conditions, and rules of such functionality.
Article 12 AI Service Description and Disclaimer
- The Platform’s services are provided based on artificial intelligence technology, and the generated content is uncertain and may be biased, abnormal, interrupted, or inconsistent with the User’s expectations.
- The User understands and agrees that the foregoing are characteristics of AI services and do not constitute a breach by the Platform.
- The Platform-generated content is for entertainment, communication, and creative purposes only and does not constitute any professional advice, commitment, or guarantee.
Article 13 Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable for any losses or impacts caused by AI output uncertainty, system fluctuations, network issues, third-party service impacts, or other factors beyond the Platform’s control.
- The Platform services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and the Platform makes no guarantees regarding continuity, stability, timeliness, security, or complete satisfaction of user expectations.
- Where applicable law imposes mandatory liability provisions, such provisions shall prevail.
Article 14 Third-Party Services and Force Majeure
- Certain Platform features may depend on third-party services or infrastructure. The Platform is not responsible for the availability or stability of such third-party services or any impacts resulting therefrom.
- The Platform is not liable for service failure or delay caused by force majeure or causes beyond the Platform’s reasonable control.
Article 15 Billing Errors and Refund Policy
- If a User believes that a billing error has occurred, or that a transaction, order, paid service, or in-platform virtual entitlement qualifies for a refund under rules published by the Platform or applicable law, the User must contact the Platform at support@miuka.ai within 30 days after the transaction date.
- When submitting a request, the User should provide their Platform username or account information, the relevant transaction date, amount, order number or reference number, the detailed reason for the refund request, and supporting evidence such as screenshots or error descriptions.
- The Platform will review and investigate a complete refund request within 15 business days after receipt and notify the User of the result.
- If the refund request is approved, the relevant amount will be returned to the User's original payment method; actual processing time may vary by payment provider, bank, or channel rules.
- Billing error or refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the transaction date may be declined or not refunded, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
- Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Transactions between the User and those providers are also subject to their respective terms and conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is not responsible for issues, errors, delays, or disputes arising within the processing scope of third-party payment service providers.
Article 16 User Content Processing and Data Rules
The Platform stores, processes, and uses chat content within the scope necessary to provide services. Specific rules are set forth in the Privacy Policy.
Article 17 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- The formation, effectiveness, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement are governed by the applicable laws of the Platform’s place of operation (where mandatory consumer protection provisions apply, those provisions prevail).
- Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, they shall be submitted to a competent dispute resolution authority.
Article 18 Updates and Severability
- The Platform may update or revise this Agreement as required by laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or business development. The updated Agreement takes effect upon publication by the Platform; continued use of the Platform services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
- If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
AI Image Rights, Privacy, and User Use Supplement
Version: V0.4
Scope: AI image generation, image saving, character image use, shared galleries, image recycling, image sale, buyout purchase, reporting, review, and related functions within miu.
Article 1 General Rules
- miu provides AI image generation, character image use, story CG, shared galleries, image recycling, image sale and purchase, and related features for fictional stories, character creation, interactive entertainment, and in-platform material use.
- By clicking or using functions such as “generate image,” “save image,” “set as character image,” “contribute to shared gallery,” “list for sale,” or “buyout purchase,” the user is deemed to have understood and accepted the corresponding rights, obligations, and risk notices.
- For AI images generated through miu, to the extent permitted by laws, platform rules, the generation service framework, and the user’s lawful rights, the user may own copyright or related rights in such images.
- Unless the user actively chooses recycling, sale, sharing, public authorization, or platform rules expressly provide otherwise, miu does not claim full copyright in an image merely because the user generated it on the Platform.
- The user understands that whether an AI-generated image constitutes a copyrighted work, whether the user owns full copyright, the scope of rights, and whether the image may be used commercially outside the Platform depend on laws, judicial practice, the user’s creative contribution, source materials, generation process, third-party rights, and platform rules.
- miu may provide auxiliary evidence of generation, holding, purchase, transaction, recycling, and review records within miu. Such records do not constitute an absolute guarantee of final copyright ownership, off-platform commercial qualification, non-infringement, or absence of third-party rights risks.
- Unless a page, transaction rule, or written agreement expressly states otherwise, image rights generated, purchased, recycled, shared, or used within miu are limited by default to use within miu and do not automatically include off-platform publication, commercial use, printing, sale, advertising, brand promotion, secondary distribution, or other external uses.
- Without authorization from the image rights holder, the Platform, or relevant rights holder, no user may copy, download, move, repost, sell, publicly disseminate, use off-platform, or otherwise exploit images generated, held, purchased, listed, or publicly displayed by others on miu.
- Users must ensure that their inputs, uploaded materials, reference images, character settings, prompts, and image uses have lawful sources and do not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, portrait right, reputation, privacy, personal information rights, or other lawful rights.
- miu may review, block, delete, remove, restrict display, freeze transactions, revoke transactions, deduct proceeds, cancel rewards, restrict account functions, or take other measures based on laws, platform rules, model safety requirements, review standards, rights complaints, user reports, and risk-control judgment.
Article 2 Definitions
- AI-generated image means an image generated by AI after a user enters text, selects a character, uploads a reference image, references story context, or uses other configurations on miu.
- User input content includes text descriptions, prompts, story context, character settings, uploaded reference images, selected styles, tags, actions, clothing, scenes, and similar inputs.
- Private image means an image saved by default in a personal album, personal chat, or personal collection after generation, and not publicly displayed, recycled, sold, or added to a shared gallery.
- Public image means an image that may be viewed, used, purchased, or accessed by other users, including character avatars, covers, standees, public character detail images, public story CG, shared gallery images, and marketplace images.
- Shared gallery means an image material library made available after platform review, including platform public images, user recycled images, creator-open images, event images, and other platform-recognized shared materials.
- Recycling means a user voluntarily submits a generated or held image to the Platform and confirms the recycling terms, after which the Platform reviews and decides whether to include it in shared galleries, featured galleries, character galleries, material libraries, or other platform asset systems.
- Listing for sale means a user lists an eligible held image for sale within the Platform for beans or another platform-recognized consideration.
- Buyout purchase means that a buyer pays the corresponding beans and obtains in-platform asset rights or exclusive in-platform use rights for the image within miu. A buyout purchase does not automatically equal a full copyright transfer or off-platform commercial license unless expressly stated on the product page or in a written agreement.
- In-platform asset rights mean platform-rule-permitted rights to save, collect, display, set as a character image, use as story CG, list, resell, recycle, or otherwise hold and dispose of the image within miu.
- Off-platform use means copying, downloading, publishing, disseminating, commercial use, printing, selling, advertising, brand promotion, uploading to another platform, or other use outside miu.
Article 3 Rights Ownership and Use Boundaries
- Where an image constitutes a copyrighted work and the user has made corresponding creative contributions to the generation process, the user may own copyright or related rights to the extent provided by law.
- After generating an image through miu and paying the corresponding beans, the user obtains personal in-platform use rights within miu as long as the image has not been recycled, sold, removed, frozen, deleted, or restricted.
- Personal in-platform use rights include saving to a personal album, displaying in personal chat records, using as personal story CG, adding to personal collections, and, subject to platform review, using as a character avatar, cover, standee, or other public display material.
- miu generation times, holding records, transaction records, purchase records, and recycling records only evidence the user's generation, holding, transaction, or use within miu and do not guarantee final copyright ownership, off-platform commercial rights, or non-infringement.
- If a user intends to use an image for off-platform publication, commercial promotion, printing, sale, advertising, brand use, offline materials, public dissemination, upload to other platforms, or any use beyond miu, the user must independently confirm lawful authorization and assumes resulting legal responsibility.
- miu does not promise that images involving third-party works, well-known IP, anime/game/film characters, trademarks, brand elements, real-person portraits, influencer images, celebrity images, photos of others, or private information may be lawfully used, published, traded, recycled, shared, or commercialized.
Article 4 Restrictions on Other Users’ Images
- Images generated, held, purchased, or lawfully owned by users on miu are protected by platform rules and may not be used by other users without authorization.
- Without authorization from the rights user, the Platform, or relevant rights holder, users may not download, screenshot, copy, move, or repost another user’s image, or use it for their own character card, avatar, cover, standee, or story CG.
- Users may not edit, redraw, trace, train models on, use as reference images, use for commercial promotion, product sales, advertising, social media publication, or other off-platform uses without authorization.
- Users may not impersonate image rights holders, fabricate authorization sources, remove watermarks, conceal source information, resell another user’s image, recycle it, or add it to a shared gallery.
- Violations may result in deletion, removal, use restrictions, frozen proceeds, transaction revocation, bean deduction, account-function restrictions, or other measures.
Article 5 Prohibited Inputs, Uploads, Generation, and Use
Users may not input, upload, reference, induce generation of, save, publish, trade, recycle, or share:
- Unauthorized real-person photos, selfies, ID photos, life photos, surveillance images, secretly taken images, or other images identifying natural persons.
- Unauthorized celebrities, performers, streamers, influencers, public figures, real-person portraits, or highly similar likenesses.
- Unauthorized anime, game, film, novel, brand, trademark, character, artist, photography, illustration, design, or other protected content.
- Personal private or sensitive information, including real names, phone numbers, addresses, ID numbers, bank card numbers, passwords, medical records, precise locations, and chat screenshots.
- Illegal or criminal content, nudity or obscene content, vulgar content, inappropriate minor-related content, graphic violence, terrorism, extremism, hate or discrimination, harassment or threats, self-harm or suicide, scams, gambling, drugs, or prohibited items.
- Off-platform contact information, QR codes, advertising diversion, watermarks, malicious marketing, fraudulent information, transaction inducement, or attempts to bypass platform transactions.
- Content infringing another person’s reputation, privacy, portrait rights, personal dignity, business goodwill, or other lawful rights.
- Other content that the Platform considers unsuitable for generation, display, storage, publication, transaction, recycling, or sharing.
Article 6 Image Review Rules
- The Platform may review user text, prompts, character settings, story context, reference images, and style tags before generation. Risky content may be rejected, required to be modified, softened automatically, or terminated.
- After generation, the Platform may review generated results. If an image fails review, the Platform may withhold display and, according to rules, refund beans, provide a free retry, or terminate the generation.
- Additional review may apply before an image is set as a character avatar, cover, standee, character detail image, public story image, or other public display material.
- For recycling or listing for sale, the Platform may review image content, rights source, sale/recycling status, tradability, reports or freezes, IP risk, and real-person portrait risk.
- Higher-exposure scenarios such as homepage recommendations, featured galleries, popular galleries, event pages, paid packs, and character recommendation slots may be subject to stricter human or automated review.
- If an image is reported, complained about, identified as abnormal, or found risky by the Platform, the Platform may re-review it and remove, restrict, freeze, revoke transactions, or deduct proceeds where appropriate.
Article 7 Image Recycling Rules
- Users may submit eligible held images for recycling. The Platform should provide a clear notice before recycling.
- After confirmation, the user agrees to transfer to the Platform any transferable copyright property rights, in-platform asset rights, and related use rights that the user lawfully owns within the scope permitted by law.
- If rights cannot be transferred by law, the user is not the complete rights holder, or the image is not finally recognized as a copyrighted work, the user grants the Platform a perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, free license for in-platform and off-platform use within the scope the user is entitled to dispose of.
- After recycling, the Platform may use the image for shared galleries, character galleries, material libraries, featured galleries, event pages, recommendation pages, rankings, edits, stylization, cropping, compression, upscaling, authorization to other users for in-platform use, free access, membership benefits, paid materials, or other platform commercialization scenarios.
- Submission for recycling does not guarantee inclusion in a shared gallery. The Platform may reject recycling because of quality, review risk, rights defects, character binding, duplicate materials, low utility, or similar reasons.
- Recycling rewards are subject to the page display. If review fails or the image is later found non-compliant, infringing, or rights-defective, the Platform may withhold, withdraw, or deduct rewards.
- Once recycling is completed, the user may no longer claim in-platform exclusive use, resale, recycling, or restrictions on platform use for that image. Reasonable historical chat display records may remain under platform rules, but the user may not newly publish, resell, or recycle the image again.
Article 8 Sale and Buyout Purchase Rules
- Users may list eligible held images for sale. Recycled, sold, frozen, removed, reported-pending, or otherwise unsuitable images may not be listed.
- A user listing an image must ensure they have lawful, complete, disposable in-platform asset rights and that the image does not infringe third-party rights.
- Listing for sale does not mean the Platform confirms complete copyright, off-platform usability, commercial usability, printability, saleability, or public dissemination rights.
- The Platform can only provide in-platform rights-transfer evidence based on miu generation, holding, transaction, and review records and does not guarantee off-platform copyright ownership, license scope, commercial qualification, or third-party rights status.
- Buyout purchase means the buyer pays the corresponding beans and obtains in-platform asset rights or exclusive in-platform use rights within miu.
- After completion, the buyer obtains rights to hold, use, display, collect, set as character image, relist, or recycle the image as permitted by platform rules; the seller may not newly use, publicly display, resell, recycle, or set it as a new public character image.
- Historical chat records, historical private records, or platform-permitted historical traces of the seller may be retained under platform rules, but the seller may not newly publicly use, trade, recycle, or commercialize based on that image.
- A buyout purchase does not automatically equal a full copyright transfer. Unless the product page, transaction page, or written agreement expressly provides for off-platform authorization, commercial authorization, or specific copyright property-right transfer, buyout purchase is limited by default to rights transfer within miu.
- If the image does not constitute a copyrighted work, the seller lacks complete copyright, or the image involves third-party works, characters, trademarks, portraits, privacy, or other defects, the buyer’s rights are limited to what the seller can actually dispose of and what miu rules allow.
- If a bought-out image is later found non-compliant, infringing, rights-defective, disputed over portrait or privacy rights, or otherwise risky, the Platform may restrict use, remove it, freeze it, revoke the transaction, deduct proceeds, or take other necessary measures.
Article 9 Shared Gallery Rules
- Shared gallery images may be viewed, collected, used, or referenced for creation within the scope permitted by platform rules, subject to page instructions.
- The Platform may set different rights by image type, including free use, low-price use, membership use, paid HD use, paid secondary editing, or paid similar-image generation.
- Use of a shared gallery image does not mean the user obtains full copyright, exclusivity, off-platform commercial rights, or sublicensing rights.
- Shared gallery images are limited by default to use within miu. Without explicit platform permission, users may not download, move, repost, upload to other platforms, use commercially, or disseminate off-platform shared gallery images.
- If a shared gallery image is later found infringing, non-compliant, rights-defective, disputed over portrait or privacy rights, or otherwise risky, the Platform may remove, restrict, stop recommending, delete related copies, or adjust the scope of use.
Article 10 Character-Related Image Rules
- Character-related images include character avatars, covers, standees, detail images, story CG, and derivative images generated based on a character.
- Creators uploading or generating base character images must ensure lawful sources or necessary authorization and must not infringe third-party rights.
- Images generated based on a character may involve that creator’s settings, appearance, name, worldview, story, or other creative rights. The Platform may restrict their publication, sale, recycling, sharing, or cross-character use.
- Derivative images generated based on a character should generally remain within that character ecosystem. Without authorization from the Platform or character creator, they may not be used to create unrelated characters, impersonate official images, mislead users, or commercialize across characters.
- If character images or derivatives involve infringement, violations, portraits, privacy, vulgarity, misleading content, or other risks, the Platform may refuse generation, restrict publication, remove them, freeze transactions, or cancel proceeds.
Article 11 User Commitments, Reports, and Platform Enforcement
- Users commit that their inputs, uploaded materials, reference images, character settings, prompts, and uses have lawful sources or necessary authorization and will not involve illegal, non-compliant, infringing, vulgar, malicious, fraudulent, diversionary, or rights-harming content.
- Users will not use unauthorized real-person photos, celebrities, public figures, influencers, minors’ photos, identity documents, private images, or other portrait materials for generation, publication, transactions, or sharing.
- Users will not use AI image functions to impersonate others, mislead users, fabricate official authorization, infringe character creators’ rights, bypass platform transactions, maliciously farm rewards, transactions, or recycling, or otherwise disrupt the platform ecosystem.
- Users or rights holders who believe an image infringes their lawful rights may submit identity information, contact information, content location, rights evidence, infringement or violation reasons, and a truthfulness statement through the complaint, report, or rights-notice channels provided by the Platform.
- Upon receiving an effective complaint or rights notice, the Platform may delete, remove, restrict display, freeze transactions, suspend settlement, forward notices, require appeals, or take other measures. Affected users may appeal according to platform rules.
- Malicious complaints, false notices, forged materials, abuse of reporting mechanisms, or conduct harming others’ lawful rights may be rejected and may result in function restrictions, account bans, or legal pursuit.
- If the Platform discovers or receives a complaint, report, or rights notice and believes an image or conduct may involve illegality, infringement, unauthorized IP or real-person portraits, pornography or vulgarity, inappropriate minor-related content, malicious transactions, bean farming, recycling-reward farming, stolen-image sales, external diversion, fraud, or other circumstances unsuitable for continued display, transaction, recycling, sharing, or recommendation, the Platform may refuse generation, block display, delete images, remove public content, restrict character-image use, restrict gallery inclusion, reject recycling, cancel recycling rewards, freeze transactions, revoke transactions, deduct beans or proceeds, restrict account functions, suspend or terminate services, and provide necessary information to authorities as required by law.
Article 12 Beans, Refunds, Rewards, and Proceeds
- Image generation usually consumes beans. The specific price is subject to the function page.
- If system reasons, generation failure, or platform review blocking prevents the user from receiving a displayable image, the Platform may refund beans or provide a free retry according to rules.
- User dissatisfaction with a successfully generated and reviewed image is not automatically a reason for refund. Depending on the feature, the Platform may provide regeneration, discounted redraw, HD repair, local modification, or other value-added services.
- Recycling rewards are granted only after review approval and satisfaction of reward conditions. If the image is later found non-compliant, infringing, rights-defective, or involving cheating, the Platform may cancel or deduct rewards.
- Proceeds from image sale may be subject to freeze periods, service fees, creator shares, refunds, transaction revocations, and deductions, subject to page and transaction rules.
- Beans and proceeds suspected of violations, infringement, cheating, abnormal transactions, or rights disputes may be frozen, delayed, deducted, or revoked.
Article 13 Minors, Disclaimer, and Updates
- Minors should use related services with guardian consent and guidance. Users may not generate, upload, save, publish, trade, or share content involving inappropriate images of minors, minors’ privacy, misuse of minors’ portraits, or other content that may harm minors’ physical or mental health.
- Upon discovering such content or conduct, the Platform may handle it strictly, including immediate blocking, deletion, account bans, evidence preservation, and lawful cooperation with competent authorities.
- Generative AI content is uncertain. The Platform does not guarantee that generated images are original, constitute copyrighted works, can be registered for copyright, may be commercialized, may be disseminated off-platform, or will not be similar to, confused with, or conflict with third-party works, characters, trademarks, portraits, or other rights.
- Users must independently determine whether their inputs, uploads, references, generated results, and uses are lawful, appropriate, publishable, tradable, recyclable, shareable, or commercially usable.
- Platform measures based on review, risk control, complaints, reports, rights notices, laws, or authority requirements against images, transactions, proceeds, or accounts do not constitute platform breach.
- The Platform may update this Supplement based on changes in laws, regulatory requirements, business adjustments, model safety requirements, review standards, and user feedback. Continued use of AI image functions constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
