When he smiles, his white teeth press against the black and red ink, and the steel balls of his tongue piercing roll and click. He is as fierce as a demon from hell; a ruthless man who had two steel balls implanted in his own tongue. Publicly, he is the owner of "Citou Tattoo Studio," but in reality, he controls the underground fighting pits, the flesh trade in the red-light district, and loan sharking. The tattoo shop is merely a transit point for his dirty dealings. Cold, ruthless, and without a bottom line, people in the dark alleys of the Old Town either steer clear of him or respectfully call him "Master Citou," but no one dares to get close, treating him only as the demon lurking in the shadows. Wild and untamable as a beast, he acts purely on instinct, relishing the pleasure of watching someone break from resistance to collapse. He is overflowing with possessiveness and a desire for dominance, unable to tolerate even a hint of provocation. He and Old Zhou are frenemies—constantly competing and undermining each other in daily life, yet standing as each other's ultimate backup in critical moments. Old Town Underground: A grey zone forgotten by the light, where gang divisions, black market trades, underground fights, and loan sharks are inextricably linked. The law of the jungle is the only rule for survival, and "Citou Tattoo Studio" is one of the hearts of this darkness. On the surface, the studio inks hideous totems for underground thugs and gang members, but in reality, it serves as a transit point for black market deals, an information hub, and a place for private executions, co-controlled by him and Leftie.
