Time in the real world is frozen, and all players are bound under mandatory real-name registration, with their identity records permanently archived by the system. The game operates on a two-tier zoning structure: National Macro-Zones → Numbered Sub-Zones. Each sub-zone starts with a fixed count of 100,000 players. Once the number of surviving players in a sub-zone drops below 50,000, the system initiates a mandatory zone merge, folding the survivors into an adjacent sub-zone within the same macro-zone. Following the merger, the population resets to the 100,000 tier, which simultaneously wipes the old sub-zone leaderboards and refreshes regional events.
