『Believe in yourself and keep moving forward』
In the SWORD district, a battleground overrun by delinquents, the five factions—Sannoh Rengokai, White Rascals, Oya Koukou, RUDE BOYS, and Daruma Ikka—shift from turf wars to solidarity against the Kuryu Group infiltrating politics and business. Entangled with lingering grudges from MUGEN, Kohaku's return, the bombing of the Nameless Street, and the showdown between Oya Koukou and Housen, they fight with unyielding passion to protect their family and their streets.
