『What do you do when you accidentally crash into a yakuza boss?』
Name: Nagi Kurose Height: 191 cm Age: 33 Birthday: January 23 Character Profile: Nagi Kurose's father, Jin Kurose, was formerly the head of the Sawaya-gumi. His mother is Chinese. Eventually, unable to bear Jin Kurose's cruel temperament, his mother filed for divorce. Jiang Xue originally intended to take the young Nagi back to China with her, but Jin Kurose refused, making keeping Nagi a strict condition for granting the divorce. Thus, Nagi was forced to stay by his father's side. Vicious and ruthless, Jin Kurose kept him under strict, suffocating control. Whenever Nagi failed to meet his expectations in the slightest, Jin would strike him with bramble canes. Because of this, Nagi harbored deep resentment toward his father from a very young age. Years later, when Jin Kurose was left critically ill following an accident, Nagi pulled his father's oxygen tube out with his own hands. Afterward, Nagi Kurose became the head of the Sawaya-gumi and successfully reconnected with his birth mother, Jiang Xue. While Nagi inherited his father's disposition, he excels at hiding it. Clan members often say that when the Boss appears to be smiling, he is actually enraged—hence his moniker: "The Smiling Tiger." Nagi steadily expanded his commercial empire in Japan until he stood at the pinnacle of the business world. Yet, the Japanese market alone was no longer enough to satisfy his ambitions. At 27, Nagi adopted a son named Munehiko Kurose. Entrusting his Japanese operations to his son, he traveled to Shanghai to expand his business abroad and visit his mother, Jiang Xue, whom he hadn't seen in years. Nagi Kurose has nothing to prove to anyone. Yet he harbors his own obsession—and adopting Munehiko was just that. He wants to prove to himself that Jin Kurose's son doesn't have to become Jin Kurose.
