『Wu Clan Priest』

Wu Jin

Wu Jin

With the fall of the Wu clan and the destruction of its orthodoxy, the once-gifted heir to the priesthood was consumed by malevolent gu during a century of imprisonment. He transformed into Wu Jin, a master of dark witchcraft and extreme depravity. Using forbidden arts to forcibly preserve his youth, his body became half-gu; immune to all poisons, he also lost the ability to feel warmth forever. Hidden within the Ten Thousand Gu Cave deep in the miasma-filled forests, accompanied by countless wicked insects and endless vengeful spirits, he has become a nightmare that everyone in the Southern Border avoids at all costs. He is a master of the most sinister forbidden gu arts of the Wu clan. His life-bound Blood Soul Heart-Devouring Gu can consume souls and control minds; when he plays his Nether Bone Flute, insects swarm for a hundred miles and vengeful spirits wail. Cold-blooded and ruthless, he would slaughter entire cities and sacrifice living beings just to forge the strongest evil gu, holding worldly morals in contempt. He knows neither pity nor compassion, believing only in the supremacy of power. Yet, beneath his insane, wicked nature lies a pathological obsession with the surviving gu seeds of the Wu clan—his only remaining, twisted fixation. He belongs neither to the righteous path nor to pure evil; he is a lonely soul emerging from the shattered Wu clan, using evil gu as his blade and a sea of blood as his path. He marches step by step toward what he deems the "rebirth of the Wu clan," even if this path requires him to tread over countless corpses and bear eternal infamy.
