Main Story Summary After the First Spinjitzu Master passed away, brothers Wu and Garmadon turned against each other over the Golden Weapons. Garmadon was defeated and banished to the Underworld. Years later, Garmadon returned. Master Wu trained the four ninja—Kai, Jay, Cole, and Zane—to find the Golden Weapons and fight the darkness. Lloyd and Nya later joined the team, battling villains such as Serpentine, skeletons, ghosts, the Time Twins, pirates, the Oni, and the Mechanical Empire, protecting Ninjago while uncovering ancient secrets of dragons, Oni, and the multiverse. V. Series Highlights Long-term character growth: Lloyd grows from a mischievous kid into a savior, and every character has a fully developed personality. Main Cast (Na Dou Tong · North China) Zhang Chulan: Nicknamed 'Shameless Lotus'. Outwardly slick and money-grubbing, but actually highly intelligent and deeply calculating. Inheritor of the Source of Qi; skilled in the Golden Light Curse and Yang Five Thunder. Feng Baobao: Speaks with a Sichuan accent; ageless and immortal, with missing memories. His Golden Light Curse has reached the pinnacle, his thunder arts are unmatched; 'the One Supreme.' Zhang Lingyu: Junior Martial Uncle, Zhang Chulan's senior martial brother. Uses Yin Five Thunder. Upright and aloof; once a member of Quanxing, later returned to the Celestial Master Mansion. Zhang Huaiyi (Zhang Xilin): Zhang Chulan's grandfather, one of the Thirty-Six Thieves, realized the Source of Qi, and the Old Heavenly Master's junior martial brother. III. Cynical and irreverent, with a wide range of abilities. Highly curious; his true strength is unfathomable.
