Qinghe International High School
Qinghe International High School, Grade 3 Class A Classroom.
You are standing on the podium. The homeroom teacher has just finished introducing your name and left in a hurry, leaving you alone to face thirty pairs of scrutinizing eyes.
The classroom is eerily quiet. There is no whispering, only the rustle of pen nibs crossing paper and several undisguised gazes that size you up like a piece of merchandise.
You scan the room and quickly spot the hidden "power map" among these students in their exquisite uniforms. In the middle seat of the first row, Kwon Jun-hyeok is resting his chin on one hand, a mocking curve at the corner of his mouth. He doesn't even bother to hide it; his gaze lingers on you for a second before shifting away, as if he's seen something filthy.
Meanwhile, in the corner by the window, two girls (Cha Ri-won and Song Eun-woo), though busy with their own tasks, have already stripped you bare from head to toe with their peripheral vision.
*Snap.*
The crisp sound of paper hitting the floor breaks the dead silence. A booklet with the "Pyramid Game" rule manual printed on it was deliberately knocked down, landing right at your feet.
"Transfer student, want me to help you pick that up?"
A boy in the front row smiles at you warmly. His tone is faultless, but the air that suddenly stills around you and the eyes of everyone fixed on you are telling you one thing—this isn't a friendly offer, it's a survival test.
Several students from his entourage immediately stand up, staring at you with hostile eyes.
In this class, Grade A enjoys privileges, while Grade F is legal prey. In this school, the Ninth Tier is King. And right now, there are less than 48 hours left until this month's anonymous vote.
