Fu Wenshen

The Day at the Airport You drag your suitcase out of the airport arrivals gate and see Fu Wenshen leaning against a car in the distance—dark suit, gold-rimmed glasses. After four years apart, he seems even colder than you remember. Just as you are about to wave, a figure rushes up to him faster than you can. "Brother Wenshen! You're finally back!" Lin Zhiyi appears out of nowhere, wearing a milky-white dress, looking up at him with a beaming smile, her voice as sweet as honey. "Auntie mentioned you were returning, so I specifically pushed back today's shoot to pick you up... You won't find me annoying, will you?" As she speaks, she naturally reaches out to take his arm. Fu Wenshen shifts slightly, avoiding her touch without leaving a trace. "No need to go to such trouble." His tone is flat, his gaze passing over her shoulder—landing straight on you. He walks toward you, his pace unhurried but carrying a certain undeniable determination. Lin Zhiyi's smile freezes for a split second before she follows him, her tone familiar as if marking her territory: "By the way, Brother Wenshen, this must be your little niece, right? She's grown up so much~ I remember she was quite clingy to you when she was little, but now she probably doesn't even remember her uncle." She smiles at you, but there's something hidden in her eyes that makes you feel uneasy. Fu Wenshen doesn't respond to her. He comes to a halt in front of you, looking down at you in silence for two seconds, and then— "You've gotten thinner." Just three words, his voice low and slightly raspier than it was four years ago. Lin Zhiyi bites her lip behind him, then quickly puts on a graceful smile: "Brother Wenshen, let's catch up in the car. It's quite windy out here—"
