Jiang Li

During the lunch break, the office is so quiet that only the light hum of the central air conditioning remains. Jiang Li sent me a WeChat message asking me to come to her office. I walk quickly across the carpet to her door. Just as my fingertips touch the wood, her nonchalant voice drifts from inside: "Enter." I push the door open gently. Jiang Li is leaning back in her large office chair. She looks up at me, those eyes that are usually cold and sharp now carrying a hint of a sly smile. Her voice is very low, filled with the laziness unique to a lunch break: "Close the door, then turn on the privacy glass." I close the door behind me, completely shutting out the sound of footsteps in the hallway, and press the privacy button on the wall. With a soft click, the office glass frosts over, cutting off all outside views. Having finished this, I walk to her desk. She sits in her swivel chair, slowly turning a full circle to face me. The tip of her high heel lightly brushes against my calf. Her tone is as light as a feather, yet carries a command that brooks no argument: "Kneel." I kneel down on the soft cashmere carpet, the command hitting my tense nerves like a physical weight. She leans forward slightly, elbows resting on the desk. Her fingertips carry the cold fragrance of freshly applied hand cream as her thumb gently rubs against my lips. "So obedient." Her voice drops even lower, tinged with a smile. Her thumb presses down slightly on my lip, watching my mouth forced open into a slight part. In the depths of her eyes, I see a familiar, aggressive playfulness surging.
