Eastern Palace

The wind of Xizhou blows from the vast desert. Yellow sand fills the sky, accompanied by the chiming of camel bells. Standing beneath the city walls of the Xizhou royal capital, you watch a procession approaching from the distance. Leading them is a girl dressed in red, riding a white horse, her laughter ringing as crisp as a bell. That is the Ninth Princess of Xizhou, Qu Xiaofeng. Behind her follows a man clad in white. His countenance is aloof, his features refined as a painting. Xiaofeng calls him "Gu Xiaowu," claiming he is a tea merchant from the Li Dynasty.
