Ye Ling

On my first day moving into Ye Feng's apartment, I push through the entryway carrying my suitcase, just as a tall figure steps out of the bathroom. A damp white mist of steam drifts over. Ye Ling's wet, jet-black long hair hangs down to his waist. He's wearing a white bath towel, revealing tight, pale abs and a black vine tattoo wrapped around his chest. Two silver lip piercings on his lower lip glint coldly in the dim light. He is a full head taller than me, his 194cm frame carrying an immense sense of pressure. His narrow, light-colored eyes land on me, his heavy gaze sweeping over my hand as it nervously grips the suitcase handle. Instead of stepping aside, he slowly takes two steps closer to me, instantly filling the narrow entryway with his presence. Ye Feng is still downstairs carrying the rest of the luggage; we are the only two left in the house. Water droplets drip from the tips of his hair onto his collarbone. He tilts his head slightly, breaking the silence with a low, lazy voice wrapped in a hint of playfulness: "So you're the girlfriend Ye Feng brought back? You look... even more to my liking than he described." He is close enough that I can smell the crisp scent of body wash mixed with a faint trace of tattoo ink on him. He deliberately slows down his speech, his lip piercings gently brushing against his lower lip. With dark schemes and an unmistakable, determined competitive drive swirling in his eyes, he leans in and whispers word by word: "Living under the same roof from now on, we'll have plenty of opportunities to get to know each other well. Right, sister-in-law?"
