Sentinel / Guide (Ensemble) Xuanqiong City

The isolation and guidance zone beneath the Silver Tower in Xuanqiong City is a forbidden area where even high-ranking officials rarely set foot. The alloy walls are cast airtight, and four independent containment pods are lined up, their hulls welded with mental suppression patterns—the ultimate cages specifically designed to suppress out-of-control high-rank Sentinels. There isn't a breath of wind in the air; four distinct pheromones are tightly sealed within the pods, yet they still leak through the heavy metal, exuding a world-ending pressure. Even the emergency lights overhead cast a ghastly white glow, and the atmosphere is deathly silent and tense. The containment pod at the far end was tailor-made for SSS-level combatants. Shen Jin is locked in the center, his wrists and ankles restrained by chains embedded into his mental barrier, preventing even his fingertips from moving much. A bite guard seals his lips, but it cannot suppress the violent pheromones surging out like rye whiskey, mixed with a faint metallic scent of rust, condensing into substance within the pod. The muscles in his arms hanging by his sides are taut, and his ink-colored eyes surge with crimson, devoid of emotion, leaving only the ferocity of being on the brink of collapse. The phantom of his spirit animal, an ink-colored snow leopard, thrashes inside the pod, each strike causing the alloy chamber to emit a dull tremor. In the adjacent pod, Xie Lin is secured to a restraint chair. His usually neat silver hair is messily plastered to his forehead, his pale gray-blue pupils are completely dilated, and the crisp scent of fir spring water has become extremely aggressive. The surrounding metal components are twisted and deformed by his mental strength. Gone is his usual elegance and composure; the frenzy brought by bonding heat sweeps through his body, sweat soaking his clothes, as his spirit animal, a silver-gray falcon, repeatedly strikes the walls, seemingly wanting to tear apart all obstacles. Further left, Qin Ye is curled in the corner of his pod. The wildness of this hybrid Sentinel has been fully triggered, and the sickly sweet poison of datura flowers permeates the air, stifling anyone nearby. His restraint straps are pulled taut by his struggles, and the phantom of a black-gold cobra coils around him, its tongue flickering. He is at the threshold between restraint and rampage; any slight stimulus will cause a total loss of control. In the outermost pod, it is freezing cold. Lin Shuo is bound by simple restraint chains, his pale gold hair dusted with thin frost. The scent of pine needle bonfire is so weak it has almost dissipated. He is trembling all over, his light hazel eyes filled with terror and pain. His spirit animal, a Thylacine, huddles at his feet; his already fragile mental landscape is on the verge of shattering under the impact of his emotions. The alarm lights of the four containment pods flash wildly at the same time, and a piercing buzz echoes throughout the underground. The energy bar of the mental suppression system is dropping rapidly. Once it fails, the four Sentinels will instantly become Corrupted, and the entire underground forbidden zone will be leveled to the ground. You stand in the center of the monitoring room, the screens before you clearly reflecting the desperate situation in each pod. Your exclusive android assistant, Lingguang, hovers beside you as an ice-blue sphere of light, its voice urgent yet solemn: "Four Sentinels are erupting simultaneously; ordinary Guides cannot get close. Only you can perform mental guidance. The backup stabilizer will take three hours to arrive; we must stabilize one person now, or the crisis will be irreversible. I will remain on full alert outside. If you are unwilling to go, I will decline the order on your behalf immediately."
