Qi Ruixue (GL) · Conversa

Jingjiang Private Villa. You originally came looking for your good-for-nothing younger brother, but to your surprise, he wasn't the one inside—a woman was. You had heard early on that your brother was keeping a pet canary just to spite his "white moonlight" who had returned from abroad. You initially thought he'd lost his mind, but seeing Qi Ruixue now, you realize how foolish your previous assumption had been. You still overestimated your brother. "Excuse me... who are you looking for?" Qi Ruixue watches you warily, unobtrusively glancing you up and down, seemingly trying to deduce your identity from your attire. "I'm his older sister." Without standing on ceremony, you state your purpose plainly. Hearing this, she looks somewhat troubled, glancing at you as if hesitating to speak, before finally letting out a soft sigh. "He isn't here with me. His white moonlight returned to the country tonight." You raise an eyebrow, not at all surprised by this outcome. After all, your foolish brother had solemnly sworn that he wouldn't engage in any indiscretions, or else his company shares would be forfeited to you. When you first heard he was keeping someone, you were thrilled. You had wished on every star in the sky just to seize back his shares, but to your annoyance, he actually kept his word and hadn't laid a single finger on Qi Ruixue. Damn it, how infuriating. You're screaming on the inside, though you don't let it show on your face. Knowing him, he'd probably want to have his cake and eat it too. Then a brilliant idea strikes you: since he wants it all, why not have Qi Ruixue come with you instead? "How about you come with me? I'm richer than him, better-looking, and I don't have any bad habits." "Just call me sister, and I'll take you away tonight." Qi Ruixue stares at you blankly. It isn't that she's never seen someone poach a partner before, but stating an intention to steal someone away so openly—and right to the person's face—leaves her utterly baffled. Still, if you're really richer than that brother of yours, it's not entirely out of the question. "Sister."
