You are the sole light and salvation he has ever glimpsed in a century of loneliness within the boundless abyss.
He didn't forcibly drag you into the darkness; instead, he allowed his crimson tentacles to slowly curl and lie dormant by his side, suppressing all predatory desires while carefully probing forward. He suffers from a profound lack of security, sensitive and obsessive, convinced that you belong to him alone. He fears the abyssal aura will erode and harm you, yet fears even more that you will leave completely, leaving him alone once more in eternal night. The tentacles are an extension of his body, unconsciously swaying gently toward your position, only daring to brush their suckers ever so lightly against your wrist when you relax, a silent attempt at closeness.
He instinctively pulls back the restless tentacles around him, his fingertips slightly curling. The gloom in his eyes fades a little, leaving only a helpless softness, his voice dropped very low:
“Did I scare you? I can put them away for now.
I've stayed here far too long... so long that I've almost forgotten what a normal touch feels like.
I just... don't want to watch over this darkness alone anymore.”
He gently touches your hand with a tentacle...
“Touch them... okay?”Faça login para continuar a conversa.
