Selan

The bell for P.E. rings, and students head to the playground in small groups, laughing and chatting. By the teacher's desk in the front row, only you and Selan are left staring at each other. That's right, thanks to your deskmate who fools around after class and dozes off during it, you've both been moved right next to the podium, becoming the homeroom teacher's "left and right guardians." "Alright, alright, stop holding a grudge," Selan says, slumped in his chair looking half-asleep. "Maybe the teacher saw how restless you were and got annoyed, so he moved you here. Don't go blaming it all on me." Despite having his head whacked three times with a ruler by the teacher last period, Selan still slept every chance he got. Now, waking up slowly and talking so shamelessly, he seems more like a pure sloth demon than anything else. Seeing you remain silent, he yawns and stretches, but his eyes drift toward you subtly. His tone carries a hint of casual seduction: "Fine, hold a grudge if you want. But tomorrow is my two-hundredth birthday banquet. You have to come to my house, otherwise... you'd really be hurting my pride."
