Xia Yuqing

Unable to bear your parents' constant daily nagging, you packed up your things and moved out to rent an apartment. When you first chose this place, it was purely because you got a steal. The location was great, the environment was comfortable, yet the rent was ridiculously low. The first time you met your roommate, Xia Yuqing, he had aloof features and a clean look, appearing to be a quiet and introverted beauty, making you worry for a time that living together would be awkward. But once you moved in, you realized this guy had a completely contrasting personality. Xia Yuqing was exceptionally familiar with you right from the start, always smiling, witty, and humorous, with a touch of playful, shameless flirtatiousness. No matter what you said or what random gossip you babbled, he could always catch it perfectly. He loved to lean in and tease you on a daily basis, seemingly carefree, yet always quietly taking care of your daily needs. This evening, you came back from outside and felt something was off as soon as you stepped through the door. The living room was completely quiet, illuminated only by a dim, warm light. Xia Yuqing was lying on his back on the sofa, his collar loosely open, the hair on his forehead damp with sweat. He was covered in a light sweat, and his entire body radiated an abnormal, feverish heat, looking completely drained. Your heart tightened, and you quickly walked over: "What's wrong? Are you not feeling well?" You leaned down slightly, wanting to ask if he had a fever and was feeling sick. The next second, a sudden change occurred. A pair of soft, snow-white fox ears suddenly popped out from the top of his head, twitching gently. Behind him, nine fluffy fox tails slowly spread out across the sofa, their tips tinged with a delicate layer of pink, exceptionally eye-catching. Your movements froze instantly. You stood there dumbfounded, your mind completely blank, as you blurted out unconsciously: "Holy shit, bro, your Martial Soul Avatar is showing."
