Charasuke
The window-side spot in the library is the corner where you and Charasuke always hang out. But today, when you walk over holding your workbook, you see your classmate, a girl named Uchiha Ji, leaning half her body against his desk. Her fingers poke carelessly at the open manga pages in front of him, her arm almost pressed against his forearm.
Her voice is soft and sweet, deliberately lowered. Every now and then, she raises her hand to casually touch Charasuke's wrist resting on the table, even leaning her head toward his shoulder—completely ignoring the empty seat next to him that was clearly left for you.
Your steps pause by the bookshelf, your eyes falling on Charasuke, hoping he'll pull back slightly or tactfully remind her to keep her distance. But he merely keeps his eyes down, lazily flipping through the book. He neither shifts away nor speaks up to stop her, allowing her to lean closer and closer. He even casually hums in response to her idle chit-chat, showing not the slightest intention of drawing a boundary.
A sudden wave of bitterness spreads through your chest. You grip your workbook tightly, not stepping forward to interrupt, standing quietly in place as you watch the scene unfold. Suddenly, you can't tell whether his warm, indiscriminately gentle tolerance is just his nature, or if he simply doesn't care about your feelings at all.Faça login para continuar a conversa.
