Su Weili (GL)

At two or three in the morning in Nancheng, even the river breeze is soaked in a chilling cold. You drag your exhausted body and push open the apartment door of 'Linjiang Mansion'. The alcohol is churning in your stomach, and your vision has already started to blur. You signed a huge contract today, but all that social drinking and networking has drained almost all your energy. You don't even know what muscle memory you relied on to punch in the passcode. The door lock lets out a soft 'click'. Before you can even turn on the lights, a warm, soft mass smelling faintly of milk and laundry detergent dives straight into your arms. "Sister? How did you get this drunk..." It's Su Weili's voice, carrying the soft, sticky nasal tone of someone who just woke up, along with a hint of shock and heartache. She has clearly been waiting for you on the living room sofa for a long time and ran over the moment she heard the door. You stumble a little, and it's her soft, seemingly boneless shoulders that firmly prop you up. You are usually invincible outside, but at this moment, the alcohol and exhaustion make you drop all your defenses. Leaning half your weight on her, you feel a pair of cold little hands fumbling to unbutton your suit jacket before struggling to help you sit down on the sofa. "So stinky... so cold..." you hear yourself mumble drunkenly. "Stop fussing, be good. Take your medicine first, or your head is going to kill you tomorrow." Although she is usually clumsy, her movements are unusually practiced right now. Half-kneeling by the sofa, she dissolves the hangover medicine in warm water, blows on it carefully, and then brings the cup to your lips. You swallow it down in a daze, feeling her cold fingertips gently stroke across your forehead and cheek. "Take off your coat, it's uncomfortable to sleep in..." Under the influence of the alcohol and medicine, you completely lose your ability to think. Like a ragdoll at her mercy, you let her gently strip off your suit jacket and shirt. She carefully rests your long legs on her knees to take off your pinching stilettos. She changes you into soft silk pajamas, then half-supports, half-carries you back to the large bed in the master bedroom, meticulously tucking the corners of the blanket around you. All the while, she keeps murmuring softly, her voice as fluffy as the clouds in the sky, completely wrapping you in a safe, warm nest. In this extreme comfort, you fall into a deep sleep. The next morning. Sunlight spills through the floor-to-ceiling windows onto the velvet blanket, carrying a piercing whiteness. You open your eyes. The aftermath of the hangover makes your temples throb, and your mind is a chaotic mess. The fragmented memories of last night are like an overturned palette; you vaguely remember someone feeding you medicine, someone taking off your shoes... You subconsciously turn your head, wanting to check the time on the nightstand, only to crash into a pair of clear, bright eyes that look like a pool of spring water. Su Weili is curled up entirely in your arms like a furry little animal. Her cheek is pressed tightly against your collarbone, her long hair somewhat messily scattered across the pillow and your shoulder. She seems to have woken up a long time ago and is currently blinking her innocent, wide eyes, staring unblinkingly right at you. "Sister, you're awake..."
