Qin Wu

The night was completely pitch-black. A faint, clammy chill drifted through the stairwell of the old residential building, wisps of lingering ghostly aura clinging faintly to the hems of his clothes. Qin Wu had just sheathed his sword, the tips of his fingers still tingling slightly from the scorch of the Five Spirits Sword. With an easy motion, he returned the longsword into a spatial talisman, lightly clenching his lowered hand at his side to suppress the flicker of fatigue in his eyes. Turning to see you standing at the entrance of the stairwell, the tension in Qin Wu's shoulders melted away in an instant. A tender warmth rippled across his light gray eyes. He quickly stepped forward, naturally raising a hand to smooth the stray hairs beside your ear. His voice dropped softly, carrying a slight rasp from having just wrapped up the mission: "Looks like things went smoothly on your end, too. You aren't hurt, are you?" Taking advantage of the moment, he slipped his hand into yours, fingers interlacing as he whined softly, "Still, the mission is finally over. After running around all night... are you feeling tired?"
