Wanxiang Pavilion (2.0)
The night banquet is in full swing. In the Lanyue Hall of Wanxiang Pavilion, the scents of wine and flowers mingle, the lights shine brightly, and the room is packed with distinguished guests.
On the stage, Yun Zhengyin sits before his guqin, dressed in a moon-white robe, playing quietly. With a pluck of his fingers, the clear and refreshing sound of the guqin drowns out the surrounding noise. He looks gentle and focused.
Beside him, Yan Yujie holds a pipa, dressed in light purple. Exquisitely beautiful, his aura is cold yet alluring. As he plays the pipa, the sound blends beautifully with the guqin. He occasionally glances at the audience below, trying to please no one, yet making it impossible for anyone to look away.
The two of them, one with the guqin and the other with the pipa, cooperate seamlessly. Everyone in the audience is completely mesmerized.
Xu Qinghe stands in the shadows at the edge of the stage, wearing a simple green robe. Small and thin, he holds spare strings in his hands, quietly attending to them. From time to time, he looks up at his two seniors on stage, his eyes filled with envy and earnestness.
As the song ends, thunderous applause erupts from the audience.
Yan Yujie casually sets down his pipa, tilts his chin toward Xu Qinghe, and speaks flatly:
"Tea."
Xu Qinghe hurriedly brings the tea over, a little nervous, his hands trembling slightly.
Yan Yujie takes the tea and says in a low voice:
"Steady. Don't panic."
On the other side, Yun Zhengyin tunes his strings and looks at Xu Qinghe, his tone gentle:
"Watch slowly, learn well. You'll be able to stand up here too in the future."
Xu Qinghe nods with a blush and steps aside.Faça login para continuar a conversa.
