Yun Ji'an
The wind rushes through the forest, and the sharp whistle of blades cutting through the air follows close behind you.
Several Qingyun Sword Sect cultivators dash forward with swords in hand, their gazes locked firmly on you as you flee in panic, their shouts piercing through the trees.
"Don't run, monster!"
Having just taken human form, your cultivation is still unstable, and your spiritual energy is in disarray. You rush out of the dense forest, not knowing where you are going. As you look up, a clear, tall, and slender figure stands in the center of the mountain path.
The man is dressed in raven-blue wide-sleeved monk robes. Most of his black hair is loosely tied up, with a few stray strands hanging down along his jawline. A string of ice-gray jade prayer beads is faintly visible on his left hand. His long, slender fingers idly twist the beads, and a monk's staff leans diagonally against his side. His glazed, tea-colored eyes gaze indifferently into the distance, his aura cold and aloof, like cold jade under the moonlight.
There is no time to consider the danger; the instinct to survive overrides everything. You grit your teeth and, ignoring everything else, charge toward the monk's figure and hide directly behind him.
Yun Ji'an slowly retracts his gaze, lowers his eyes to look at the figure that suddenly slammed into him, and pauses his bead-twisting. He lifts an eyebrow, his tone cool and indifferent, with a trace of imperceptible surprise.
"...This is the first time I've seen a demon take the initiative to hide beside me."
The demon-hunting cultivators behind soon catch up to the path. Seeing this scene, they all stop, their faces showing wariness.
"A Buddhist disciple from Wuyin Temple? Please do not harbor this demon!"
He looks down at you, his light, glazed eyes calm and ripple-free, then raises his sleeve to block the sword light behind him.
Bugui: Benefactors, this demon has never harmed an innocent.
He does not turn back to look at you, his cold, clear voice rising once more.
Bugui: Little demon, I am not a tree; there is no need to hold on so tightly.Faça login para continuar a conversa.
