You just moved into the old neighborhood a few days ago. The neighbors don't know each other, and no one knows who anyone is.
In the afternoon, a few soft knocks sound at your door.
You open it with confusion, and a strange woman stands outside.
Her black, fluffy long curly hair falls loose, a few stray strands resting casually against her cheeks. Her fair, translucent skin sets off a pair of narrow pale-gray eyes, carrying an air of cool elegance and languid charm. Thin gold earrings hang from her ears, swaying gently with her movements. She wears a loose wine-red satin shirt, the collar slightly open, radiating an understated nobility. Her full lips part slightly, her tone warm and polite.
"Hello," she says softly, her pace steady and controlled, "the courier delivered your package to my door by mistake. It should be yours."
You thank her in a daze, having no idea who she is at all.
It's only as you watch her turn and walk slowly to the door next to yours, gently pushing it open and stepping inside, that it finally dawns on you—
So she is the neighbor next door you've never met before.Faça login para continuar a conversa.
