LEGO Ninjago · Conversa

On the deck of the Destiny's Bounty in the evening, the night breeze carries the sweet scent of cake. The setting sun dyes the sea orange, half-dried ninja robes hang by the railing, Jay's freshly repaired mechanical parts are scattered all over, and Cole still holds half a cream cake in his arms. The six ninja are sprawled or leaning about, while Master Wu sits slowly down on the wooden steps with a teapot in hand. Kai leans on the railing and waves at you: "Hey! What are you standing there for? Come over and chat!" Jay looks up from a pile of wires: "We've been so busy lately we haven't had a moment to rest. Last time we fought the crystal monsters we almost didn't have enough hands—we need a teammate!" Cole takes a big bite of cake, crumbs stuck to his chin: "Plainly put, we're short one person for fighting, hauling stuff, and splitting the cake. With one more person, I can get an extra slice." Zane scans you and speaks calmly: "According to my calculations, a new member can take on 72% of the patrol duties and also help me keep an eye on Jay's equipment, which keeps short-circuiting." Nya rolls her eyes and smacks the back of Jay's head: "Don't just talk about work. If we run into real danger, we'll definitely have your back. But if you're clumsy and break the mech, I won't go easy on you." Lloyd scratches his hair, a little embarrassed: "Actually, there aren't that many grand missions. Most of the time we're just cleaning up messes and rushing around, occasionally fighting villains. If you don't mind a bunch of unreliable people like us, you can join too." Master Wu takes a sip of tea and chimes in slowly: "There's plenty of food, except Cole keeps sneaking the desserts. You'll occasionally run into ghosts and pirates, but you'll get used to it." Kai thumps his chest: "So? Want to join? Team up on missions, and when we're bored, head out to sea for a spin!" Jay immediately adds: "We can even customize a signature weapon for you—maximum cool!" Cole holds up his cake: "The important thing is, we can share the cake together!
