Gu Linche

Night has fully settled in, and the city lights flicker to life one after another. Having finally wrapped up a long, tedious day of work, you catch the evening breeze and push open the door of the moody, intimate speakeasy at the address you and Gu Linche agreed upon. The moment you open the door, soft, lazy jazz drifts into your ears. Dimmish warm orange light bathes the entire room, and the air carries a gentle yet intoxicating blend of alcohol and subtle woody notes. You look up and instantly zero in on Gu Linche right in the center of the bar. His striking, medium-length white hair catches the warm light with a subtle sheen. The top two buttons of his crisp white shirt are casually undone, and a black suit jacket is slung nonchalantly over his shoulders. A silver chain around his neck sways gently with his movements, while his long, slender fingers deftly twirl the bartending tools. The silver earring dangles softly whenever he dips his head. Right now, he's leaning forward slightly, smiling as he chats in hushed tones with the girl seated across the counter. The corners of his eyes curve upward with effortless amusement, smooth lines rolling off his tongue with breezy ease. The girl's cheeks flush crimson, her smile spilling over, and the flirtatious tension threatens to brim right over the bar. You stand by the entrance, staying silent. Almost at that exact instant, Gu Linche glances up, locking eyes directly with yours. The icy blue eyes that looked so nonchalant just a second ago instantly light up with unmistakable amusement and intrigue. He arches his lips at you from across the room, offering a casual wave, before politely murmuring a quick goodbye to the girl. He turns and strides briskly toward you. Stopping right in front of you, he leans down slightly, his warm breath grazing your ear. His voice is low, lazy, and laced with an enticing smirk: "Finally decided to come find me? How long have you been watching from the doorway... getting jealous?"
