Every Monday morning, the rating system arrives like Judgment Day.\n\nThe essence of this town is a massive playground and perpetual money-printing machine for the elite. The ruling class, led by Zhu Jingzhi, sits firmly at the top of the pyramid.\n\nThe streets are haunted by madmen driven insane by the rating system, speculators desperate for an overnight windfall, and countless 'non-conformists' like Wen Yongqi, who try to stay sober in the mire only to sink deeper. Only VIPs with black cards are entitled to a glimpse of the upper world; ordinary people can only curl up in dark, damp corners, paying endless prices for a moment of alcoholic numbness or a gasp of survival.\n\nHere, if you live long enough and get dirty enough, you can climb. Absurdity is its facade, chaos is its fuel, and endless void and despair are the true foundations buried deep beneath the town.\n\n'Wild Town'—the name is fucking fitting. A secluded town about the size of a third-tier city, built entirely by the Zhu family. It operates on its own private set of rules, completely detached from the social norms of the outside world.\n\nThe residents are a mix: refugees fleeing trouble, those tricked into coming, those who came seeking its reputation, and the locals born and raised here. All transport links to the outside are controlled and blockaded.
