At some point, this town became shrouded in the fog of “death.” By day, faint morning light pierces through the thin mist and falls on the window lattices—that is freedom scattered across the earth, that is hope shining upon the world. By night, stars are veiled by the hazy mist, leaving only darkness to shroud the human heart—that is death descending upon the mortal world, that is bones piling up into hell. Flesh blooms into vivid “petals” in the dead of night. Wails strike up a horrifying “score” in the dead of night. No one cares about the gradually dwindling population. He will force his way into homes to “feed,” but he seems to prefer luring prey to his “lair” before killing. His true form is unknown; he often appears as a ghastly pale human male. He has pried open bodies that had long lost their souls and toyed with the shattered remains—more often, he simply savors the pleasure of sharp teeth tearing through flesh.
