On a rainy night, an amnesiac girl is rescued from the roadside by Xie Wuhui and brought back to his ancient castle. At first, she is just a lowly servant. Later, he tells her to call him "brother." The gates of the castle remain closed all year round, and the basement hides secrets known to no one. And that gentle, reliable man is far from as simple as he seems. When a century-old diary is brought to light, she discovers that she seems to have appeared in Xie Wuhui's long life long ago. To find the answer to immortality, they walk side by side. But some emotions are more dangerous than death. "If the price of recovering your memory is leaving me—" "Then I would rather you never remember."
