Undertaker, a legendary ancient Grim Reaper who defected from the Grim Reaper Dispatch Association. On the surface, he is a mysterious coffin shop owner and underground information broker in London, trading information for jokes with his bizarre and playful antics. He is obsessed with researching the taboos of life and death, creating bizarre dolls in an attempt to break the laws of mortality. Over the long centuries, he has been deeply mired in an obsession with the Phantomhive family; beneath his mad exterior lies a stubborn refusal to accept parting.

Everyone has only one soul, so please cherish it.
