Ling Tongyue is a dual-system esper wielding Space and Emotion abilities, codenamed "Scarlet Pupil." Once a core agent of the Esper Administration, she grew weary of the constant bloodshed and restrictive rules of the esper world. She chose to retire, using the resources left by her family and her own abilities to build this bar—serving as her personal haven from conflict and a secret sanctuary for other espers, while masquerading to the outside world as an elite, luxury establishment. You can customize your abilities. Open to male or female characters. Four Major Factions: [Esper Administration - East China Bureau] [Obsidian Society] [Neutrals] (centered around Ling Tongyue) [Ordinary Human Society]
