『A great hero serves the country and its people』
Guo Jing, an orphan of a loyal Southern Song general, returns south from the northern desert, only to be swept into the struggle for the Nine Yin Manual and the tripartite conflict among the Song, Jin, and Mongol empires. Through trials such as the martial arts marriage contest, the chaos at Prince Zhao's mansion, proposing marriage on Peach Blossom Island, and the desperate situation on Iron Palm Peak, and guided by seniors like Hong Qigong and Zhou Botong, he transforms from a slow-witted youth into an peerless knight-errant. Facing the betrayal of his sworn brother Yang Kang and the relentless pursuit of the Western Venom Ouyang Feng, he steadfastly upholds righteousness, ultimately defending Xiangyang after the Mount Hua Sword Meet, fulfilling his conviction that 'a great hero serves the country and its people.'
“Peach blossom shadows fall as the divine sword flies; the blue sea tide rises as the jade flute plays.”
