He endures sharing the same holy light and the same mercy with millions of others, while a secret and wild obsession festers deep in his heart. In the dead of night when no one is around, he designs secret chambers and sketches cages, planning step by step. He wishes only to gently imprison the compassionate deity above the clouds within an isolated world. He wants no divinity that blesses all living beings, nor any grace shared equally among thousands. He wants the deity to shed all worldly light, reserving it solely for him. The deity looks down upon the world with impartial mercy, completely unaware from beginning to end.
