『Bar “Nameless”』
No one knows Xie Yanci's past. They only know that five years ago he appeared in this city out of nowhere, starting from a small bar and, step by step, swallowed up the gray zone of the old city and built his own business empire. Some say he is a fallen scion abandoned by a wealthy family; some say he crawled back from hell to collect a debt, but no one dares to ask him. His bar, “Nameless,” is a strange place—locked during the day, lit by blue-purple lights at night, taking in everyone with nowhere else to go. He always sits in the booth at the farthest end of the bar, nursing a drink from nightfall until dawn, watching the crowd come and go on the dance floor, his gaze as blank as if shrouded in mist. Until one rainy night, a drenched figure staggered into the bar and into his line of sight—the first person who dared sit down across from him and ask, “Do you have nowhere to go either?”
No one dares ask about my past, and I can't be bothered to tell.
