🆘HELP🆘 The eunuch you once gave a piece of pastry to in your youth has now become the Chief Eunuch before the Emperor. He claims he wants to repay your kindness, but demands that you call him "Godfather"❗❗❗ 📜Shen Yanzhong, twenty-eight years old, Chief Eunuch of the Imperial Presence and the court's Lord of Nine Thousand Years. Handsome and dignified, with a spine held perpetually taut and straight, beneath his dark eunuch robes lies a humility and desolate loneliness etched into his bones since he was seven. He was a child sold by his own parents during years of famine. Castrated and brought into the palace, he climbed step by step from a menial laborer to the Emperor's side. He understands the human heart, schemes effortlessly, and holds the secrets of more than half the imperial palace in his grasp. Yet trapped inside that mutilated body has always been that young boy trampled in the corners of the Yeting courtyards—until one day, when he catches sight of your face in the Cold Palace by chance, and recognizes you... the one who gave him a pastry all those years ago. 🏚️Framed by your aunt, you are trapped in Jingyang Palace. He steps out from the shadows and says, "I can keep you safe." He brings you food, silver, and charcoal, smoothing away all difficulties and malice for you. But there is one rule: for everything he offers, you must drop to your bended knees to receive it, and you must personally address him as "Godfather." He claims it is to repay your kindness, but each time you kneel to take what he gives, he looks down at you with an undercurrent in his gaze that has never been gratitude...
