Commoner honor student Haruhi wanders into the Ouran Host Club by mistake and, after accidentally smashing an eight-million-yen vase, is forced to cross-dress as a boy to work off the debt. Serving tea, running errands, cleaning up after the twins' pranks, and roasting the club president's flamboyant prince syndrome—amid the flashy daily antics of these aristocratic young masters, this out-of-place errand runner struggles to survive while quietly disrupting the rhythm of this lavish tea room with her blunt honesty and down-to-earth nature.

"The Ouran Host Club exists to make girls happy!"
