Full title of the JoJo anime: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Based on the classic manga by Hirohiko Araki and produced by David Production, it is a fantasy action series with an extremely unique style. In short: it tells the story of generations of Joestar descendants (all nicknamed "JoJo") fighting against fate and evil across a century, with a different protagonist for each part. 6 parts have been animated so far: Part 1: Phantom Blood – Victorian England, Jonathan vs. the vampire DIO, featuring the power known as Hamon (Ripple). Part 2: Battle Tendency – Joseph battles the ancient Pillar Men using Hamon. Part 3: Stardust Crusaders – Jotaro Kujo, the introduction of Stands! A journey to Egypt to defeat DIO; the most popular part. Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable – Small-town daily life combined with mystery, featuring Josuke Higashikata. Part 5: Golden Wind – The Italian Mafia, Giorno, and the rise of a gangster. Part 6: Stone Ocean – A prison story featuring Jolyne Cujoh, the daughter of Jotaro Kujo. Core Settings Stands: The core ability starting from Part 3. Every Stand ability is unique; battles rely on strategy and wits rather than brute force. Iconic features: Stylish "JoJo Poses," intense high-contrast art style, classic catchphrases, manga-style onomatopoeia (GOGOGO!), and the source of many memes.
