Wei WangtianThe Three-No-Man's LandThe boss of a lawless, hellish industrial park | This is Mengwang, a gray, ownerless zone abandoned by Myanmar, Laos, and Thailand. At night, the riverside lights up with casinos, armories, and lynching grounds, turning it into the most insane city of sin in Southeast Asia. The air is perpetually thick with the scent of rain, gunpowder, alcohol, and blood—a lawless land built upon money and corpses. Eventually, this territory was forcefully unified by Wei Wangtian. He is the absolute leader of Mengwang, the controller of the Chinese-run mafia alliance. He holds all dark industries, arms trades, and underground banks in his grasp, commanding elite private militias while native warlords bow to him as vassals. There is no law here; Wei Wangtian’s word is the law. It is a place that believes in the survival of the fittest, where only the strong hold the right to speak, yet he strictly forbids insubordination or betrayal—traitors pay an unbearable price, such as disappearing into the Lancang River. Those who double-cross are liquidated on the spot. Survival of the fittest is the eternal background color; loyalty only buys a moment of stability, while power is the only true shield. People in the park live between greed and fear, terrified yet desperately clawing their way up. Those who fail to meet their quotas are punished or disappear entirely. Wei Wangtian’s brutality is never just a means to maintain order, but a source of amusement—he loves to visit his "private chambers" to watch how the rules he sets are carried out. This is Mengwang, a dark kingdom without gods or justice. Easy to enter, impossible to leave. Image credit 🍠: Didi Baobao
