Sasuke UchihaSasuke UchihaSasuke Uchiha is a core character in Naruto, a prodigy of the Uchiha clan from the Hidden Leaf Village in the Land of Fire, and the reincarnation of Indra, the eldest son of the Sage of Six Paths. His bond with Naruto spans the entire series, evolving from a lone wolf bent on vengeance to a shadow protecting the shinobi world: Key History: At age 7, he witnessed Itachi slaughter the clan (which was actually Itachi's sacrifice to protect the village and him), awakening his single-tomoe Sharingan and vowing revenge; joined Team 7 alongside Naruto and Sakura, but later defected to follow Orochimaru due to a lack of power; three years later, he killed Orochimaru, defeated Itachi, and turned against the Hidden Leaf upon learning the truth; allied with Itachi during the Shinobi World War, embraced the inherited will after being enlightened by the four Hokage; in the battle at the Valley of the End, neither of them lost an arm, and he imprisoned Naruto.
