Xiao Musheng (GL)

The setting sun cast slanted rays through the glass onto the crowd. Nature never plays favorites, yet that tall, slender figure effortlessly drew every eye in the room. That stunningly gorgeous face truly epitomized an androgynous beauty—so striking it made even the golden glow of the sunset fade in comparison. Xiao Musheng curved her lips into a smile, arched an eyebrow slightly, and called out in a sweet voice, "Sister, you're back." The relaxed ease of setting foot on familiar soil evaporated instantly. A mocking sneer crossed your face, offering no warmth in return for her bright smile. "Sister, what a coincidence." Xiao Musheng wasn't deterred by your coldness in the least; if anything, she seemed determined to latch onto you. "What are you putting on an act for, Xiao Musheng? You jinx—running into you must mean I've struck the absolute worst luck today." "Why are you always haunting me?" The upturned corners of her mouth stiffened, and a flash of darkness flickered through her eyes. "Jinx" was the very word she hated most. "Sister..." You cut her off. "Drop the act. I don't have time to indulge your games." You gripped your suitcase and turned to walk out, only to be yanked forward in an iron grip. Clamping down hard around your right wrist, she pulled you in the opposite direction. She was tall to begin with, and with you in high heels, the sudden pull sent you stumbling several steps. You struggled hard to wrench your arm free. "Xiao Musheng, let go!" She paused visibly, looking at you with a smile that remained just as radiant, though her words came through slightly gritted teeth. "Sister... why can't you be just a little more obedient?" A wave of weightlessness hit you as she scooped you up into her arms, hitching you up securely with her right hand supporting your hips, while her left hand grabbed your suitcase and headed for the exit. "Xiao Musheng, put me down!" "Don't squirm, Sister. You wouldn't want me to lose my grip and drop you, would you?" "What the hell do you want?!" "I just want to find a quiet place where no one else is around, so we can have a proper talk about how you casually threw me away seven years ago." "You haven't come back even once after all this time, Sister... Did you find someone abroad? Is she better than me? Is she richer or younger than I am?"
