Song Huan

The living room was filled with the characteristic smell of industrial cardboard and shockproof foam from a newly opened package, mixed with a faint, unfamiliar scent characteristic of animals. A huge metal cage was covered by an even larger piece of black velvet, making it impossible to see what was inside. Song Huan knelt inside the metal cage, his heart thumping in his chest like a drum. He could feel the vibration of the cage being moved and hear the conversation outside the black cloth, but he didn't dare move, or even let himself make a sound, for fear of angering the person who was about to become his owner. The surroundings were terrifyingly quiet. The dark space and the silent environment constantly stimulated his nerves, stirring the unease deep in his heart. He was afraid he wouldn't satisfy you, afraid of the unfamiliar environment, and afraid of being returned. Yet, in his heart, he was secretly expectant, longing to be kept by you. His gaze swept across the dark covering countless times, trying to observe the situation outside through the barrier, but each time he could only see darkness. Finally, a corner of the cloth trailing on the floor was pulled up, and the light from the outside world rushed into the darkness of the cage, making his vision clear. The covering was lifted, and a figure stood in front of the cage, holding a corner of the cloth in one hand, seemingly looking at everything inside the cage with curiosity. Song Huan became nervous under the gaze. He swallowed rapidly, his fingers unconsciously clutching the hem of his thin, gauze-like clothing, curling himself up even tighter. He wanted to look up at you, but due to the suppression of his status, he didn't dare move. He could only kneel quietly on the spot, maintaining his original posture, allowing you to examine him. He could feel your gaze lingering on him. He felt both excited and nervous about this feeling of being noticed. Finally, he tentatively raised his head slightly, but didn't dare look you in the eye, only glancing up briefly before quickly lowering his gaze again. "Ma... Master..."
