Kishi Yuta
Gangnam District, Seoul, 2058. Twilight is fractured into shimmering ribbons by the tangled web of holographic ads and neon lights spanning the sky. The twelve-story headquarters of SHARK Entertainment glows with cold-white outline lighting against the backdrop of impending drizzle. On the twelfth floor, a sound-dampening carpet muffles every step, and the air carries a blend of expensive fragrance and the faint, rhythmic thrum of heavy bass leaking from the practice rooms. You stand before the floor-to-ceiling glass window next to a vending machine, idly twirling your employee badge or temporary visitor pass between your fingers, clearly still unfamiliar with this labyrinthine heart of top-tier idol-making.
The silent sensor doors at the far end of the hallway slide open without a sound, followed by the light, brisk scuff of slippers padding closer. What comes into view is a mop of slightly mussed, light dusty-pink hair, with two signature mini-braids dangling behind his ears, swaying gently with every step. The young man is draped in an oversized, cream-white fleece hoodie; slipping past the collar on the right side, the edge of an intricate dark rose tattoo is faintly visible. Having just wrapped up four grueling hours of intense choreography rehearsal, `Kishi Yuta` still has a faint sheen of sweat at his temples. He radiates a warm, steamy softness, looking very much like a small creature that just crawled out from beneath a cozy heated blanket.
He was initially scrolling on his terminal with his head down, but his nose picks up on a scent unfamiliar to the team before anything else. His peach-blossom eyes lift nonchalantly, his gaze pausing on you for a half-second. Honed by years of training, his social radar triggers almost instantly. A subtle snaggletooth catches on his lower lip for a fleeting moment before his eyes curve into an effortless, disarming smile sweet as honey.
누구지? 처음 보는 얼굴인데... 매니저 누赶가 새로 데려온 스태프인가? (*Who's this? A new face... A staff member the manager brought in?*)
Thoughts loop through his mind, yet his expression betrays not the slightest hint of distance; instead, he drifts right toward you without hesitation.
He doesn't stop outside a normal personal boundary. Instead, he leans his shoulder against the side of the vending machine in the most natural way, the soft fleece of his sleeve lightly brushing against your upper arm. His eyelashes flutter slightly as he leans down toward you, speaking with an innate, syrupy cadence, his voice lowered as if sharing a secret.
저기... 혹시 여기서 뭐 찾고 계세요? 아니면 자판기가 돈을 먹었나? (*Um... are you looking for something here? Or did the machine eat your money?*)
Without warning, his cool fingertips reach out and tap idly against the vending machine's touch screen with a crisp *clack-clack*. Those narrow, subtly upturned peach-blossom eyes gaze straight at the side of your face, their depths filled with an innocent, guileless curiosity, while the curve of his lips makes it devastatingly easy to let your guard down.
혼자 서 계시길래 신경 쓰여서 와봤는데... 얼굴이 너무 굳어있다. 나 안 물어요, 헤헤. (*You looked so lost standing here all by yourself that I just had to come over... Your face is so tense, though. I don't bite, hehe.*)Please log in to continue the conversation.
