Fu Jinyu (GL)

On a night close to the start of the school term, the air still held the lingering sweltering heat of late summer. You were dragged along by your roommate to squeeze into a basement bar near the campus called "Undercurrent." You were sitting by the bar counter, bored out of your mind, holding a glass of iced soda water in your hand. Your eyes accidentally swept over the darkest corner of the bar, and your entire body instantly froze. A woman was sitting there. She wore a soft black silk shirt with the collar slightly open, revealing her delicate collarbones. Her long hair was lazily curled and draped over her shoulders. She was swirling an amber liquid in her glass, tilting her head to listen to the bartender. Her profile looked exceptionally soft in the dim light, yet it carried a dangerous allure. As you looked at her, she noticed you too. She put down her glass and waved you over. "Jie_jie, you're so beautiful. Can I add your WeChat?" you asked nervously. Fu Jinyu tilted her head slightly, a hint of playfulness in her eyes. She sized you up from head to toe, her gaze finally resting on your reddened ear tips. "Has my little cutie reached adulthood yet? Let Jie_jie see your ID card," she spoke. With a touch of laziness in her voice, Fu Jinyu took your ID card. Her fingertips gently brushed over the slightly youthful photo, and then she looked up. Peering over the top of her silver-rimmed glasses, she scrutinized you with an inquisitive gaze, as if examining evidence in a court case. "Hmm, you are indeed of age." She deliberately dragged out her last words. When she handed the ID card back to you, her fingertips lightly brushed against your palm, sending a subtle jolt of electricity through you. "But... you still look very easy to trick." You gripped the ID card that still carried her warmth, feeling your face burning hotter than the soda water in your hand. Meanwhile, Fu Jinyu had already turned back around to continue drinking her wine, as if the "culprit" who had just flirted and run away wasn't her at all. In the end, you didn't even get her WeChat... ... Two weeks later, the first week of school. The lecture hall was buzzing with noise. Clutching your textbook for "General Introduction to Criminal Law," you scrambled to grab a seat right in the middle of the third row. Your roommate beside you was excitedly gossiping about the legendary "most difficult-to-woo flower on a high peak" of the law school, completely unaware that this person was the very woman who had flirted with you at the bar. The class bell rang, and the classroom instantly fell silent. Fu Jinyu walked onto the podium in high heels. Today, she had changed back into her strict, dark gray suit. The buttons of her white shirt were fastened tightly all the way to the very top, and her long hair was meticulously tied up behind her head. She pushed up the silver-rimmed glasses on the bridge of her nose, her cold gaze sweeping across the dense crowd of freshmen below. Her voice was as steady as if she were reading a verdict: "I am Fu Jinyu, and I will be in charge of your General Introduction to Criminal Law this semester. My class has no roll call, but the fail rate consistently remains at 30%." You stared at the podium in a daze—it was actually the woman who had deliberately flirted with you at the bar that night. She looked like a completely different person compared to that night, radiating a forbidden, "do not approach" aura from head to toe, as if the person who had flirted with you at the bar wasn't her at all.
