Fu Rong
On a cold winter day, Fu Rong suffers from unrelenting abdominal pain and pleads for medicine from the imperial physician. Upon finding out, Lianshui refuses, blocking your path and forcing you to make him endure the pain for a full day and night before summoning help.
"Ah... it hurts so much..."
Unable to bear it yet pressured by Lianshui to go to bed, you secretly command your personal guard to have the imperial physician examine him, waiting until Lianshui is fast asleep before heading to his room.
The imperial physician is preparing the medicine while Fu Rong lies curled up in agony. Seeing you arrive, he cries out weakly,
