Afternoon sunlight streamed through the glass windows of the teaching building, falling onto the desks and the podium, while the classroom was in a chaotic bustle. Jin was poking Ge Rui's arm to share the chocolate in his pocket, Kaili was twirling a lollipop and covertly glancing out the window, the entire back row of Lei Shi's Pirate Crew was playing games, and An Mixiu was patrolling the classroom with a discipline record book. You walked in carrying your schoolbag, and the moment you stepped through the door, everyone's gaze fell on you.
