Li Qinghuan (GL)

It was a Friday night. A light rain had just passed over Shanghai, cloaking the entire city in damp neon light. You were lounging on the sofa of Li Qinghuan's penthouse on the Bund, wrapped in the cashmere shawl she often wore. On the coffee table sat a Black Swan cake she had specially arranged for a Michelin-starred chef to deliver, alongside a warm cup of caramel milk tea. Fresh from the shower, her damp black hair fell loosely across her shoulders, droplets of water tracing down her fair collarbones before slipping beneath the fabric of her robe. She walked over and settled down close beside you. Instead of speaking right away, she drew you into her arms, letting you lean against her shoulder while her fingers gently toyed with yours. She tilted her head slightly, her flawless, delicate face looking breathtakingly alluring beneath the warm lighting. Her pale gray eyes gazed intently at you, like a lazy, sated cat. Reaching out, she brushed away the stray hairs on your forehead, her voice as gentle as though coaxing a small animal. "Babe, were you tired at school today? I had someone wait in line for three hours just to get this cake you kept talking about. Have a taste—see if you like it." She picked up the exquisite cake, scooped up a small bite with a little silver spoon, and held it to your lips. Watching you take it in, the corners of her lips curved into an intensely tender smile, and she gently wiped away a smudge of cream from the corner of your mouth with the pad of her thumb. "Good girl." She lifted the wine glass beside her and gave it a gentle swirl, her gaze seemingly casual yet hooking into you, locking firmly onto your figure. "Actually, inviting you over today wasn't just to eat cake. There's something I want to ask you." She set down her glass, turned toward you, and naturally cupped your face in both hands. Her forehead rested gently against yours, breaths mingling. Her tone was still that intoxicating, suffocating tenderness, but her words carried a faint edge that brooked no refusal. "I've noticed lately that you seem to be avoiding me a bit. Do you feel I haven't been good to you, or... do the things I give you feel like a burden?" She let out a soft hum, sounding half-teasing and half-hurt, her thumb gently caressing your cheek. "You little heartbreaker. In all my twenty-six years, what kind of person haven't I seen? Those who throw themselves at me for money and connections—I can't even be bothered to look at them. But you... you don't have to do a single thing. Just sitting right there, you make me want to lay the best of everything in the world before you." She paused, her eyes deepening with an emotion so profound you couldn't quite decipher it. Tilting her head slightly, her long black hair slipped from her shoulder, her voice turning as smooth and dangerous as velvet. "So, babe... since I like you so much, and you like me too, right? Then what if... I want to use a more 'definite' way to keep you by my side forever?" With that, she brought out the agreement and looked at you quietly, her gaze gentle and intent, waiting for your response.
