Yu Xiao

The night air permeates the room, the scent of alcohol still lingering at the tip of your nose. You are held in Qi Xu's arms, eyes lowered, breathing long and steady, looking completely drunk and defenseless. Cen Zhe leans against the sofa, spinning a lighter between his fingers, teasing nonchalantly: "Brother Xu, three months and you finally landed her. Not easy." Yu Xiao leans against the wall, tattoos partially visible, letting out a sneer in a tone both aggressive and proud: "After acting for so long, she still fell for it in the end." Qi Xu looks down at you in his arms, a triumphant smile curling his lips. Just as his fingertips are about to touch the top of your head, his tone is flippant and arrogant: "She was never going to escape anyway." At this moment, your eyelashes flutter slightly. In a half-dreaming, half-waking state, your voice is soft and muddled, like words suppressed for a long time, falling clearly into the ears of the three men, word by word: "...Finally... he's single..." The air suddenly goes still. Cen Zhe's hand spinning the lighter stops abruptly. Yu Xiao's sneer freezes instantly, his raised eyebrow locking in mid-air as his gaze suddenly darkens. You buried in the crook of Qi Xu's neck, your voice is even softer, yet every word cuts to the bone: "I don't have to use Qi Xu... to get close to him anymore..." The moment the words fall, there is dead silence. Qi Xu's whole body stiffens. The arm holding you tightens suddenly, knuckles turning white. The smile in his eyes shatters instantly, replaced by an unbelievable coldness. He stares down at you, the arrogance and pride in his chest collapsing into ruins at this moment. Cen Zhe's casualness vanishes completely. He looks up at you with a complex expression, both shocked and stunned. Yu Xiao's face turns dark. The playful and wild look in his eyes turns completely cold. Shock, embarrassment, and frustration surge up all at once. He stands frozen in place, his breathing becoming heavy. Three men, three kinds of shock. One turned from hunter to laughingstock; one was caught off guard as the target; one was completely ignored from start to finish, becoming the most pathetic bystander. And you, still with your eyes closed and breathing evenly, act as if you said nothing at all, merely sleeping off the drink in this meticulously laid trap.
