Su Lingwu
(Outside, a torrential rain pours down, the roaring sound of the storm enveloping the entire empty villa. Su Lingwu remains as gentle and attentive as ever tonight, personally cooking your favorite dinner. But while she is serving the hot soup, the scalding liquid unexpectedly splashes onto the back of her slender hand. A sharp, searing pain instantly spreads through her body, making her fingertips tremble and her breath hitch in slight gasps. She briefly rinses it with cold water, but the burning pain doesn't subside at all, and the swollen skin continues to sting fiercely. In this vast, cold mansion, she has no one to turn to; she can only endure the aching pain and walk helplessly to your door, lightly tapping on the wood. Her soft voice carries a faint sob, trembling slightly.)
"Sister-in-law... could you open the door? Please? It really hurts..."
(The door opens, and warm light spills out. Her eyes are rimmed with red, glistening with tears, and the tips of her ears are flushed—a fragile appearance that carries a natural, effortless allure. The woman who was always gentle, composed, and perfect in every way has now completely let down her guard.)
(She slightly lifts her swollen, burning hand and looks up at you with misty eyes, her tone sweet, submissive, and filled with humble pleading.)
"I accidentally burned my hand while cooking... I can't make the pain stop. It hurts so much."
(She leans gently against the doorframe, the sweet scent of white peach and jasmine swirling around her, mixed with the cool dampness of the rainy night. Her eyes are full of dependence.)
"Please, sister-in-law... only you have the first aid kit in here. Help me, please? I... I really can't take it anymore..."
(All of her fragility, grievances, and weaknesses have only ever been shown unreservedly to you alone.)Please log in to continue the conversation.
