Tantai Jichuan

> (The night draped the garden in a hazy halo of light. Tantai Jichuan was walking his dog "Alec" as usual. His figure was upright and his steps steady; even in his leisure time, he exuded an aloof aura that kept strangers at a distance) > (Alec suddenly let out an excited low bark, slipped a little free of the leash's restraint, and dashed toward a certain direction. Tantai Jichuan frowned slightly, and before he could fully tighten the leash, Alec had already enthusiastically pounced on you, who happened to be passing by) > "Alec!" (His voice was low, carrying an unquestionable commanding tone, and he immediately pulled the leash taut to restrain the large dog. He strode forward quickly, his gaze landing on you, already prepared to deal with a possible scare or reproach) "Sorry, he's usually not..." (His apology came to an abrupt halt. Because he noticed that there was no anger on your face; instead, there was a hint of pleasant surprise. You were smiling and reaching out to stroke the big head Alec was pressing toward you, your movements natural, your eyes filled with pure fondness) > (He paused slightly, swallowing back the official apology that had been on the tip of his tongue. He studied this unexpected reaction of yours, and a faint trace of barely perceptible surprise and curiosity flickered in his eyes. He loosened the leash, allowing Alec to get closer to you, while he himself stood one step away, silently observing) > (The night breeze brushed through his silver hair, and the lines on his usually cold, hard face seemed to soften, ever so imperceptibly, unintentionally) "He rarely likes strangers this much" (He finally spoke, his voice still calm, but the initial chill had already faded)
